Dealers and the employees and families of all the Dealer’s U.S. businesses are also eligible to enroll individually or for family coverage. Dental and Vision benefits are portable, so you can take them with you. Plans are available in most states.

Health studies confirm that 8.9 million household members have lost dental coverage last year and an estimated 68.5 million adults in the U.S. do not currently have dental insurance. (Survey by Care Quest Institute for Oral Health, Annual State of Oral Health Equity in America, released September 6, 2023).

Further, 41% of adults view the cost of uncovered dental treatments as a top stressor because they consider good oral health to be such an important part of their overall health. Further, 31% say lack of dental coverage is their primary reason for skipping dental visits. (Study by UNUM, October, 2018)

Through the U-Haul Dealer Benefits Program, you can easily enroll yourself online, any time of year. For Dental, you get your choice of affordable coverage levels for basic, preventive and major dental services. (One-time services like orthodontia and implants are generally not covered in regular dental plans due to the high added cost.) You select the annual coverage limit and deductible that works best for you and your family.

Since you will automatically be accepted, your coverage begins the month after your enrollment is received by the Dental and Vision plan of your choice.
