This U-Haul Dealer Benefits Program (the “Program”) website (the “Site”) is provided by Dealer Benefits Network, LLC (“DBN” or “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site or otherwise using the online services made available on or accessible through this Site (“Services”), You (“you,” “U-Haul Authorized Dealers” and “Employees of Dealer businesses”) agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please exit this Site.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The DBN Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information, through the Site and Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
DBN contracts with select insurers and benefits affiliate organizations to offer the sponsored insurance and benefits that comprise the Program. When enrolling or applying for insurance and benefits at the Site, you will be transferred via a secure web-link to the affiliate site of the sponsoring organization. Personal identifiable and confidential health and financial information you provide when enrolling or applying for insurance and benefits is protected by the linking organization and held secure in accordance with its privacy and security policies. U-Haul and DBN do not have access to such confidential information unless specifically authorized.
In order to access the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. We do not knowingly market to, or solicit or collect information from, children under the age of 18.
Product and Service Availability
The U-Haul Dealer Benefits Program is a sponsored collection of health and life insurance, employee benefits and related services developed, negotiated and managed by DBN for U-Haul Authorized Dealerships and administered under an exclusive arrangement with U-Haul International Inc. Sponsored benefits are reviewed and evaluated regularly and the Program reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any of the benefits at any time.
DBN and its technology partners and web broker eHealth conduct market due diligence, maintain contracts with insurers and service/benefit affiliates and state insurance licensing and carrier appointments in order to offer a wide choice of coverage plans, select pricing and discounts to Dealers and Employees of Dealer businesses. Insurance policies are issued by insurance company affiliates of the Program and interpretation of the provisions of insurance policies is at the sole discretion of the insurers.
We strongly recommend Dealers and Employees evaluate their needs before choosing a health or life plan and encourage you to talk with our experienced and licensed representatives to assist you. You should only purchase and keep insurance and benefits that best meet the health and financial security needs of you and your family, considering the cost, features and benefits of specific insurance and benefit products.

Information on this Site includes descriptions of products and services that are subject to state regulation and therefore provisions and rates vary by state. We may, at our sole discretion, revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version of these Terms of Use will be made available to you on the Site. Site Use
You may visit the Site subject to the restrictions of these Terms of Use. No identification or password is required to visit the publicly available areas of the Site. You will not be required to register with us or set up an account prior to using the Site. However, you will be asked to provide your U-Haul Dealer number when enrolling or applying for insurance and benefits at the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that any information that you provide is yours and is accurate and truthful.
Usage Limitation
You may use the Site solely to access the sponsored benefits and insurance information we make available on this Site.
We may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or Services, including the availability of any features of the Site or Services, at any time. We also may impose limits on certain features and services or restrict access to part or all of the Site or Services without notice or liability.
The contents of this Site are protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Materials from this Site may not be copied, distributed or transmitted in any way without our prior written consent. You may download one copy of the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the materials in any way, nor delete or change any copyright or trademark notice. All material on this Site may be used for lawful purposes only. DBN reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights for materials downloaded from the Site.

Termination of Access
Insurance and benefits obtained by Dealers and Employees through the Program while eligible are portable and may be continued by timely payment of premiums as due, and you may continue to access the Site, after the Dealership is closed or an Employee is no longer employed by a Dealer business.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site including the Services without notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, an actual or suspected breach of these Terms of Use. You may not access the Site or Services through the Site after your access is terminated, without our written approval. After terminating your access, the limitations upon your use and treatment of materials obtained from this Site will remain in full force.
Information Submitted
No confidential or personally identifiable information may be entered on the Site itself. Enrollment links on the Site provide secure online access for you to enter your confidential personal information on the privacy protected websites of our insurance and benefit plan affiliates, which are subject to both federal and state security, usage and privacy laws and regulations. The affiliate sites contain information on their respective privacy policies, contact and complaint filing information.
Other information, including but not limited to remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics or other submissions, communicated to DBN through this Site becomes the exclusive property of DBN. DBN is entitled to use any such information submitted without restriction or compensation to the person sending the submission. You acknowledge the originality of any submission communicated to DBN and accept responsibility for its accuracy, appropriateness and legality.
Liability Restrictions
DBN is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions. Under no circumstances will DBN be liable for any damages or injury that results from the use of the information on this Site, including the Services.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DBN and our affiliates, successors, and assigns, and our and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Site or Services via the Site (except to the extent caused by our material failure to perform under the express obligations of this Agreement), or your violation of this Agreement, including your infringement of any intellectual property or other right or policy of us or any person.
Enforcement of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. DBN may terminate the Site and/or this agreement at any time without notice for any reason. Users may terminate this agreement by ceasing use of the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site.
