NOTE: For Individual/Family Health Plans – Comprehensive major medical insurance plans that are federally-qualified to cover pre-existing conditions and offer advance premium tax credits – you may qualify mid-year for a Special Enrollment period under federal regulations. However, the government-prescribed national Open Enrollment period for these plans is now closed. (For plans starting coverage January 1, 2025, the enrollment deadlines was December 15, 2024. For plans starting coverage February 1, 2025 the enrollment deadline was January 15, 2025.)
